Customer Support Agents are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to reset passwords, to monitor system outages, and to take questions on a wide variety of computer problems. The Customer Support Center (4Help) consulting service is available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday to assist with questions that require a phone consult. 4Help services are available to current Virginia Tech affiliates only.
